TJ’s Services has been a trusted part of the Central Florida community for over 40 years. Originally founded by Tom J. in 1984, the company built its reputation one lawn at a time — always showing up, doing the job right, and treating people with respect.

In 2024, Tom passed the torch to a family friend — Richard — who continues the legacy with the same core values, plus fresh energy and modern expertise.

Meet Richard, Owner of TJ’s Services

I’m Richard, and I’ve been working in irrigation since 2012. I got my start with Massey, and eventually took over all irrigation installations for Allen’s Sod — servicing DR Horton properties all across Central Florida. I’ve spent the last decade solving water problems, improving systems, and learning how to deliver results that actually last.

When the chance came up to purchase TJ’s Services from Tom, it felt like the perfect next step. We officially took over in July 2024 — and haven’t looked back.
